Can you see the white cross in the middle?

Is your son or daughter going to take the entrance exam at DLSU – College of St. Benilde?
Here is my Number One Tip: Take the Parent's Tour!
Initially, our intention for taking the college entrance exam at DLSU – College of St. Benilde (DLSU-CSB) is to have a fall back just in case we don't make it in other schools. I also have this misconception of DLSU-CSB as the "alternative of those who are kicked out from other schools."

Today, I am a CONVERT! I am wishing that Kuya Mig will pass the DLSU-CSB entrance exam!
You wanna know my reasons?
Here are the 10 + 1 Awesome Things That I Love About DLSU-CSB: (or shall I say things that made me a CONVERT for DLSU-CSB!)

In one weekend, Kuya Mig and I woke up early for his college entrance exam for the University of Sto. Tomas.
This is my first time to accompany my son inside the UST campus.

UST is the oldest university in the country having been founded in 1611. By 2011, the university will be celebrating 400 years of “Unending Grace”.
Here are some tips that can help OFW Families prepare for the University of Sto. Tomas Entrance Test (USTET).

Never leave home without this! (Exam permit)

Pacman and His Brand
Official business brought me to General Santos and it was an interesting trip.
After completing the official business, my friends were whisked to the newly-opened Robinson's Mall in GenSan. What another mall???

We were not there to go malling! We were there to take look at the first store of “Team Pacquiao”. It's a store selling T-shirts, mugs, keychains, ref magnets and other items bearing the brand “Team Pacquiao.”

Opening a store to capitalize on your strong brand is one way of ensuring recurring passive income. What an intelligent move, isn't it?
